Answers before you ask
Two ways to work with us. Monthly retainers (Starter / Growth / Scale) give you a dedicated team every month with an agreed scope. One-off projects are fixed-price quotes for a defined deliverable — a logo, a video, a website. Both are quoted transparently after a free discovery call.
Yes. Projects run on a 50% deposit + 50% on handover model. Larger projects (BDT 3L+) can be split into three milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and international wire.
After the initial 3-month commitment, cancel any month with 30 days' notice — no exit fee. We only ask for the 3-month floor because meaningful brand and marketing work takes at least that long to compound.
Ping us anyway. For very small scopes (single social post, quick edit) we sometimes bundle them into a mini-package. If we can't help, we'll happily refer you to a trusted freelancer.
Yes — around 30% of our revenue comes from clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the US. We invoice in USD/AED where needed, and schedule calls across time zones.
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, all deliverables, source files and IP transfer to you. We only keep the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you specifically ask us not to.
Prices shown are before VAT and applicable taxes. Bangladesh clients: 15% VAT is added where applicable and a valid Mushak invoice is issued.
For retainers, kick-off is within 5 working days of signed proposal. For urgent one-off projects, we can usually start within 48 hours with the Rush add-on.
